1. When you have decided which package you want, contact us to check if rooms are available on the wanted day or not. If there are, we will send you an invoice via email/fax/line

2. 70% of deposit will be required to be transferred into our bank account and the rest 30% will be paid on the first day of the trip. Also, you can transfer the total price to us within the prescribed time on the invoice.

You will have to indicate the amount of money you transfer together with the name of the package and travelling date. Number of people on the trip, food that you do not eat, congenital diseases and your phone number will also be required. The booking will be completed once the deposit is transferred and Pond-Rich Tour has received the pay-in slip via email/fax/line.

3. We will email/fax/line you a conformation paper of your payment, together with details of the trip. The rest of the price will be required to get done following details attached in the conformation paper. If it is overdue, we will automatically take the trip is cancelled.

1. If you wish to postpone the trip, inform us 14 days before the previous set date via email or fax only. And call us to arrange the trip.

2. Changing or postponing the trip will be free for the first time. The next will cost 300baht per person.

1. The trip is cancelled by the clients

If the trip is cancelled after the deposit is transferred, it will cost 300baht per person for the service. The refund will be the amount of money after the service has been charged.

- Cancelling 30 days before the travelling day, the rest of the money will be refunded.

- Cancelling 15-30 days before the travelling day, 50% of the rest of the money will be refunded.

- Cancelling 0-14 days before the travelling day, there will be no refund.

We will transfer the refund to your bank account within 5 days after we have received your bank account number.

2. The trip is cancelled by Pond-Rich Tour The total amount of money will be refunded after we have cancelled the trip.

If you want to get the deposit returned, you have to contact us within 30 days after you have cancelled the trip.

If it is overdue, it will automatically mean that you do not want to have the deposit returned.
